Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. बहुत बार ये वातावरण बदलने से भी होता है और काफी बार वायरल इंफेक्शन के वजह से भी होता है।d बच्चे को साधारण गर्म पानी पिलाआइए और गर्म दूध भी दे सकते हैं। बच्चे के नाक में सलाइन ड्रॉप्स डाल सकते हैं जिससे नाक की सर्दी और गले की सर्दी और खांसी कम होगी। सिरप मैक्स्ट्रा 2.5 ml दिन में दो से तीन बार दे सकते हैं जिससे सर्दी और नाक का पानीd और साधारण खासी में कमी आएगी। बच्चे को अदरक तुलसी का पानी दिया जा सकता है और हल्दी वाला दूध भी थोड़ी मात्रा में दी जा सकती है।

Please check with your paediatrician or a course of medication will be suggested on the basis of the problem and the root cause maybe it is just weather change or some infection or anything it’s better to consult the doctor to go ahead with a proper medication
