Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cough and Cold together along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection mostly like flu so supportive treatment is required.
along with that cough expectorant along with decongestant and antiallergic medications are needed. j
steam inhalation can be given too as it will relieve the symptoms.
