mere baby ko 9 months pr only mmr ka vaccine mila hai.. vitamin a koi koi does nhi de .. doctor ne bola h need nhi h ..kya har baby ko vitamin a ki need nhi hoti #Vaccination

A. Usually for initial one year vitamin D and multivitamins are anyways given to the child in the form of supplements which is why maybe your doctor advised you that there is no need to go for a separate vaccination and also if your doctor is suggesting you something it would be right only so don’t worry about it
