ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi it's okay.. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3-3.5 years. gently massage the lower gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth to facilitate the eruption process of teeth
