it should be cradle cap.
so as such no need of treatment for this.
just regularly massage baby oil of petroleum jelly like Vaseline into the crust before bathing your baby.
you can add bath oil to your baby's bath.
use mild shampoo like Babyhug shampoo to wash this out.
but if problem increase ,there is no change in it , please visit your pediatrician.
