mere baby 4.16 days ka he height 70,waight 7.5kg,head circle 43 he kya ye normal he ?? or baby breastfeeding hi karta he vagar k khuch nhi so mujhe kaise pata lagega ki usko feed se ho raha he like bahar ki chijo ki need nhi he?

The weight height and everything is very much proportionate as per the age of the child it is a good thing if the child gains 500 g or more than that in a month so seems like your child is gaining very well and the child is full for at least two or three hours then you know that your child is getting sufficient feed from you
