mere 8 months old bete ko 2 din se fever tha ...aaj thoda Kam huva hai..2 dinse usne kuch nhi khaya ..jabrdsti se khilaya to Sara vomate karata hai...mai kya karu

A. dear mom. due to fever loss of apprtite is common. in case offer lots of breast milk. also try to feed her fav food in littke amount
