afreen wasimMom of a 3 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. hello sister u can give levolin syrup 1mg de sekthe ho aap dosage according to ur baby weight. morning and night.. ye syrup bahuth hi faidamand hai becoz maine aapne baby ko bhi diya hai 2 din me cough with mucus dono teekh hogaya hai.....

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. बहुत बार छोटे बच्चे को वातावरण बदलने से सर्दी खांसी की तकलीफ हो जाती है। बच्चे के नाक में सलाइन ड्रॉप्स डालिए हर 2 zसे 3 घंटे में। आप बच्चे को इनडायरेक्ट स्टीम इनहेलेशन भी दे सकते हैं। बच्चे के अगल-बगल का वातावरण बहुत ज्यादा ठंडा से गर्म और गर्म से ठंडा ना हो इस बात का ध्यान रखिए . अगर दो से 3 दिन zमें बच्चे को राहत नहीं मिलती है तो डॉक्टर से मिलना पड़ेगा
