Mera ladka abhi 2.9 month ka hai already usko 2021 August me annual influeza vaccine diya doctor ne ,or ek October 2022 is month me diya hai. kya ye sahi hai ? #Vaccination

A. Influenza vaccine or the flu vaccine is basically a vaccine which protects against different strains of flu viruses including swine Flu virus which causes symptoms specially in children because of less immunity. Though it is not a mandatory vaccine but it should be given to every child to protect against different flu infection which is very common every year . this vaccine is given after 6 months of age and initially two doses are given one month apart then every year single dose is required . It is not documented but still studiengs suggest that to some extent it may give partial protection against covid infection .
