Mera beta ko viral fever hua tha...abhi fever nehi he.lekin small small red kya Nikal ra he uska bady me???

A. it need to be examined . Any pediatric doctor should see the baby for the examination as further management is according to the finding only . May be it's ok otherwise some tests may be required for confirming the problem .
