Madam your child has seen so much of TV and phone which is why your child is lacking into its speech you don’t have an idea what negative impact phone can lead to the child screen is so addictive it is brain numbing for the child and that’s why you are mentioning that your child is not that intelligent is because of the TV mobile screen that you have shown please stop showing it to the child
