Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motiongs are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fbever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

This can be due to indigestion.
Give curd, banana, coconut water, chaas etc to improve the digestion of the baby.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds then no need to worry.
