Hello ma’am Start taking your child to the washroom every 1 1/2 to 2 hours so that slowly gradually the bed waiting happy to will change and also I would advise you to consult a doctor 1st for the same problem.. And for your second issue I would advise you to consult a speech therapist once it’s it is really important for your child’s tongue to be clear by this age
