Q.

mera beta avi 2.4yrs hai...vo bohot active hai Playschool jata hai. usually he eats veg food , cow milk bhi pita hai... kuch dino se vo keh raha hai usko leg pain ho rha hai thoda uchal khud krne k baad hi... mujhe kuch samajh nhi aa rha ...aisa kya usually hota hai ?? what should I do??

A. Namaste Mom, Ji haan hota hai , ek hai aap massages diya kare aur sun exposure jab possible ho zarrur kare, as vitamin D bahut essential hai. dry fruits , nuts and seeds, panner , ghee, dals, rajma, chana, lobia etc bhi accha rahega
