Rice Is just fine milk your child should have at least 700 to 800 ML on an every day basis on the minimum side other than that you should give other healthy food to the child apart from rice you can go for porridge and khichadi you can go for mashed banana you can add some butter and salt to it it is going to be really flavourful so try to work upon different varieties
