If Your child is speaking even 5 to 10 words as of northern that’s very good but if your child is not speaking at all as of now then you should consult a speech therapist to know as to what is the delay in the speech is there any issue and accordingly the treatment can be started because mostly at the age of three years we believe a child would say about 5 to 10 words in general
