mera beta 2,3 dinn se sahi se khaa nahi raha hai he is farting can i give him gastric medicine he is not having any pain in his stomach He is just not eating properly any thing

You can give this could be due to bloating which tends to give a filing feeling as such and hence one does not feel the hunger
Give some tummy time as well
give some ajwain or saunf water as well or just to chew a little slowly

Yes yes you can give gastric medicine that is not a problem also look for giving more of liquids to the child as it could be due to indigestion to the child or some gas related to bloating related issue which is why your child may not be interested in eating
