Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! While teething baby's have mild fever, motions, crankiness, rejecting feed, hard swollen gums if so then soothe with soothers, teethers ,give semi solids, finger foods to ease from gum pain.
Sabudana kheer will control motions.
As it is teething stage babies put things into mouth so infection use teets, teethers, pacifier to ease from gum pain and thus baby won't keep things,toys into mouth.
Use Phillips Avent teets, pacifier which are good and available in reasonable price.
Give breast feed , water, fluids for hydration .
