mera beta 1 year 10 ka h lekin wo khama thik se nhi khata h , jiski wjh se uski growth kafi km h.... or thik se bol bhi nhi pata h...

Some kids pick up on their speech by the age of two years to 2 1/2 years so not a problem if the child is understanding everything and there is no problem and for food I would advise you to start with iron and multivitamin supplements as this could be due to some nutritional deficiency also
