burp after feeds keep baby head elevated after feeds
if symptoms are excessive a medical opinion is necessary for accurate diagnosis and treatment see a Paediatrician once

It’s all normal and common
No need to worry
Maintain hygiene wash mouth with clean soft cloth
Take a good care of your baby
Give adequate feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
