mera bacha kabhi koi fruits nahi khata. kya usse uski helth me koi problem hogi?

A. some children refuse fruits, salad or vegetable you can add fruits in different combinations like fruits shake or smoothie , in custard or kheer or raita you can add so that child relish

A. hello...fruits give a lot of nutrients to children...try giving some fruit everyday or give dry fruits otherwise or make powder of dry fruits by roasting them and put in ur child's food everyday that's also a good option...
