Mera bacha 15 th month ka h.. Upper Milk teeth m cavity lag kr adha Tut Jaa rhe h ....kaise thik ho payega teeth.... original teeth m koi problem toh nhi hoga naa..

This is not looking good you may have to go for a root canal for the child I’m just suggesting you with what I understand looking at the situation but it is going to be advisable for you to consult your dentist one time what’s needed to be done the doctor would advise you accordingly
