DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is pooping once a day so it’s not a constipation and don’t give him any medicine but frequent breast feeding

Hi mom It will correct soon No need to worry Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Try to keep head up position while feeding Give adequate feeding More sucking leads to more milk supply Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
