Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. koi baat nahi hai de sakte hai. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe

Hello do not give any medicine unless prescribed by doctor and this would require a proper medical investigation and it is better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide u accordingly which should be better and also safe too and based on the condition he can advise you accordingly which is safe too
