Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 5 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please try to set consistent bedtime routine for your child. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes use dim lights and keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping. avoid distractions feed your child on demand burp your baby well maintain good hygiene
