Breast milk mein foremilk aur hindmilk hote hain. foremilk Jo pehle ke kuch minutes aata hai, woh thoda watery milk hai, baby ke thirst ko kam karne ke liye. baad mein jo aata hai woh hai thick hindmilk, baby ke hunger Kam karne ke liye. agar aap baby ko dono side se sirf foremilk pila rahe hai, matlab sirf lagbag 5 minute dono side pila rahe hain, toh usko hindmilk nahi mil raha hai. iske wajah se bubble bubble wala loose motions hoti hai aur baby weight gain bhi nahi hoti. so aap ek time pe sirf ek hi side se poora khatam hone tak pilayiye ya phir dono side minimum 10 minute each tak pilayiye. motion theek ho jayega
