mera baby Hai 5 months ka vah hansta hi nahin hai no social smile I am so worried about it

HariFather of 2 children2 years agoA. Can you let me know which month your baby gave social smile? Under which week of gestation your baby was born? My baby boy is 97 days old , still he hasn't given any sort of smile when awake, only reflex smile is there when sleep. I am deeply worried. Your answer would be helpful.

chithraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. if he is not smiling by 3 months please mention it to your doctor as it can have an underlying cause. by 5 months babies are very social.does he have good eye contact? does he cry a lot for no reason or is he a very silent baby?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. As with all things in child development, there's a range of normal when it comes to when babies smile. But if your baby doesn't show a social smile by around 2 months old, talk to your child's doctor. This could be an early sign of a developmental delay that may need attention.
