Mera baby farse par gira r uske knees me chot aai. par na koi swelling h na koi dard mehsoos kr rha kahi v chune par ..but ache CHL nai rha ek pair par jyda jor de rha chlne pr . samjh nai AA rha kya kru. please suggest me

Your child has increasing or severe pain.Your child's leg or foot is cool or pale or changes colour.Your child cannot stand or put weight on the knee.Your child's knee looks twisted or bent out of shape.Your child cannot move the knee.Rest. Ice. Compression (with an elastic bandage) Elevation (raising the injured knee)Stop your activity immediately. ...Rest the joint at first.Reduce pain, swelling and internal bleeding with ice packs, applied for 15 minutes every couple of hours.Bandage the knee firmly and extend the wrapping down the lower leg.Elevate the injured leg.Swelling and stiffness.Redness and warmth to the touch.Weakness or instability.Popping or crunching noises.Inability to fully straighten the knee.
