Mera baby boy 1 month ka h. Aksar jb bhi usko fart aata h , uske sath thoda sa poop and liquid nhi nikalta h. Bht thoda sa. anything to worry??

A. nothing to worry ismein koi problem nahin hai. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
