anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergy
do not give any type allergic food and do not apply any type of powder or lotion ywhich might aggravate this allergy
kindly give plenty of fluids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination

Looking like more of a mosquito bite you can apply coconut oil further you can also check with your doctor to be more sure about it whether it is just a mosquito bite or any other allergy infection according to that the doctor would be able to give you better guidance as per the situation
