mera baby 7 months ka hai bed se aaj gir gaya hai . I am worried but he is normal. should I go and consult doctor.

Without a physical assessment or understanding where your child got hurt what was the height of the bed and for how long did your child cry what was the after-effect vomiting or anything nothing can be suggested but your child is really very small I would definitely recommend you to visit your doctor
