Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loosde motions are associated with foul smell mucous highhu grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
