Mera baby 4.5 month ka hai ab wo pahele jesa feeding nhi krta or kafi chidchida ho gya hai to ye normal hai ya we need to consult doctor

A. dear mum , agar baby 6 to 8 times urine pass karta hai is alert active n gaini g adequate wt then feeding is sufficient dont worry feed baby on demand teething can affect baby may become irritable
