mera baby 3 month aur 25 days ka hai.doc ne usko one can 50 mg tablet dene ke lie kha hai.one week mai 1 tablet. but mai ye bhul gyi ki kaise deni hai.paani mai ya mother milk mai.aur kitny paani ya milk mai du.aur kya med dene ke baad usi tym feed krwau ya nhi

A. Hello and good morning since your baby has not yet completed 6 months before the medicine should be given with mother's milk it should not be given along with water water should not be given to the child in the first place
