mera baby 22 month ka h 2 din phle use fever aaya tha,docter ne 3 din paracetamol dene ko bola h ,abhi uska sir garm hota hai halka sa baki body normal lgti hai? to kya use abhi fever h?

A. y to confirm do check body temperature with thermometer. n give paracetamol if it record more than 100F. also give lots of fluids to ur child.. all the very best
