A. can start with the steam .Cough and cold can be due to seasonal variation and maybe a sign of any viral infection so as a home remedies steam can be started and if the cough worsen then cough syrup like asthakind can be given but if there is any breathing difficulty then a physician should be consulted .

A. बहुत बार ये वातावरण बदलने से भी होता है और काफी बार वायरल इंफेक्शन के वजह से भी होता है। बच्चे को xसाधारण गर्म पानी पिलाआइए और गर्म दूध भी दे सकते हैं। बच्चे के नाक में सलाइन ड्रॉप्स डाल सकते हैं जिससे नाक की सर्दी और गले की सर्दी और खांसी कम होगी। सिरप मैक्स्zट्रा 2.5 ml दिन में दो से तीन बार दे सकते हैं जिससे सर्दी और नाक का पानी और साधारण खासी में कमी आएगी। बच्चे को अदरक तुलसी का पानी दिया जा सकता है और हल्दी वाला दूध भी थोड़ी मात्रा में दी जा सकती है।
