ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist8 months agoA. dear mum , baby ke lungs small hote hain n muscles bhi weak hote hain so activity karte time unka breathing rate badh sakta hai if baby is otherwise active gaining wt happy not showing skin colour change it shd not b problem
