Mera 3 month old baby 4 din k baad potty karta h. Aur bahut smelly gas paas hamesha krta h Gas bhi bahut paas hoti h. Plz suggest its normal or not

A. okay no problem yt v. small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
