Mera 1 year year3 months ka baby kal ucchi bed se gir gayi after that he is crying for 2 mintues then he response well smiling playing walking talk with us can i go to doctor?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Rectdurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Alsto teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl3 years agoA. hi if a child is not showing any discomfort ,takes food and sleep well then no need to worry although observe your child for next 48 hours too if there is abnormal symptoms like sudden fever , irritability, breathing difficulty , dazzineess, low appetite, vomiting , diaherra etc then please visit your pediatrician immediately
