For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

Then u continue with the tablet which has been suggested by a doctor because a doctor only can help you with these kind of issues and still if you are facing a continuous issues even after taking the medicine then I believe you need to re-consult your doctor
