This is a specific thing that you need to give you can give both veg non-veg proteins to the child you can give basic home-made regular food that you and your family are having because nothing is going to be better than that for the growth of your child that food is only important for overall growth in terms of all kind of nutrients and vitamins and minerals that your child would require
