NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old child8 years agoA. Hello....you please use paracetamol that is mr than sufficient...you can use medamol drops one ml....put it every 6hours or 8hours once....metal p is basically given for too high fever if 102 degree and above....when temp is not decresing
