SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good afternoon Fruits like apple banana chicko papaya avocado little mango veggies like carrot Potato beetroot brocoli all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet so baby wont have constipation problems. Give them lukewarm water every morning. Include a banana everyday. These two are best constipation relievers. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective.
