A. hi instead of Medicine ,you can try some homemade remedies for this : first, maintain good hydration throughout the day. give Luke warm water to drink. give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and two drops of ghee in one tsp quantity every 2 hours. you can give massage with warm mustard oil and garlic pod. apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child. avoid windy climate. give sunbath for 20 minutes a day if dry cough lasts for more than 4 days , please visit your pediatrician
