May I know the ideal time gap between lunch and nap time, and dinner and sleep.

A. U You try to maintain a minimum gap between two things if your child has had lunch at like 1 o’clock then your child to sleep by three or 330 and during dinner also try to feed dinner by 730 or 8 PM and make your child sleep by 103011 PM and pray half an hour to 40 minutes prior you can also give milk to the child
