Q.

may daughter is 1.5 years old. she says few words upto 8 words but she is not telling amma, appa, grandma nor grandpa. should we be concerned about it

A. hello most babies will be able to speak sentences with 2 words or three words at this age 2 and if baby so able to tell some words atleast then it is usually not a problem and you can just encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak which will help improve child's speech
