may baby is 1.3 year old..usko 15 day se bahut cough tha abhi thoda kam ho gya h raat ko neend me khansi aati h plz suggest any effective home remedy or Medicine

crush and boil tulsi and ginger and filter tod make tulsi ginger water.
(honey can be added to this tulsi ginger water if age of the more than 1 year of age)
give more water to drink to keep the child hydrated.
also turmericd with milk can be given twice daily.
saline drops for nasal blockage.
