may baby boy is suffering ittiching and body rashes he is 3 years old

A. hi give warm water bath twice in a day. keep your child well hydrated choose loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child avoid using any cosmetics avoid giving oily , spicy food and citrus fruits for now maintain good hygiene
