A. hello mam i want some recommendations of protein powder or something like that, that will help my child's growth i have two girls one of 10 and one of 8 both are not growing tall,, its like they have stuck they are physically active do exercise and outdoor activities but not growing what should I do please suggest

A. The height seems to be pretty less according to me because whether it’s a boy or a girl usually kids are about 48 4’8” or 4’10” so further I’m going to recommend you to please check with your doctor and the weight is also also a little less right now
