Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. the could be rashes that may have developed due to various reasons. maintain hygiene and use a soft cloth to wipe the baby. try applying baby cetaphil lotion. it will help reduce rashes. but first apply in a small area and see if it helps. then apply all over. if still doesnt reduce after 2 days or if it spreads please consult your pediatrician itself once.
